Pin Sonic Welding

Pin Sonic Welding offers a faster, cleaner alternative for joining multiple layers of fabric, metalized films and batting. The automated process is efficient reducing costs vs. sewing or chemically bonding. The precise welds don’t penetrate the materials and rarely require touch up work. The thermal impact on the fabric, metalized films and batting is low allowing several layers to be welded. Materials with 30 – 50% poly content are ideal and several attractive welding patterns are available.
