Not Your Run of the Mill Polyester Batt

Warm Form is engineered specifically for the manufacture of composites. WIN’s state of the art manufacturing lines and quality controls produce consistent Breather / Bleeder without light or heavy spots. Areas of heavy or light fiber cause irregularities in the finished composite costing you money and customers. Nonwoven polyester batts are often manufactured using binder fibers. Binder fibers are bi-component fibers with a solid polyester core and an outer layer designed to melt throughout the nonwoven holding the fiber together. The melted fibers form clumps preventing even pressure and air exaction. Warm Form is binder free. Warm Form offers the perfect drape for vacuum bagging layup and conforms very closely to the contours of your parts. This ensures consistent pressure is applied across the entire laminate and allows the complete evacuation of gases produced during curing to be removed. When used as a bleeder, excess resin is pulled cleanly into Warm Form ready for disposal. Multi-directional conformability and low density combine for maximum efficiency. Warm Form performs under pressures of up to 155 psi. Recommended maximum use temperature: 400°F (204°C).
